Yes — the initial call is always free, with no time limit and no obligation to use our paid services afterward. We believe you should be able to assess whether our guidance is useful before committing to anything.

Can you guarantee admission to a specific college? +

No. We are an independent counselling service — we do not have the ability to guarantee seats at any institution. Admissions are decided entirely by the college and the relevant counselling authority (KEA, COMEDK). Any service that claims to guarantee seats should be approached with caution.

Are you affiliated with RVCE, MSRIT, or any other college? +

No. CampusX Connect is completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any college, university, or government body. Our guidance is neutral and based solely on what is right for the student's profile.

What information should I have ready when I call? +

It helps to have your Class 12 marks or percentage, your KCET or COMEDK rank (if available), your approximate budget for fees, and the colleges or branches you are interested in. But don't worry if you don't have all of this — even a general conversation is useful as a starting point.
